Adam Proujansky is a partner in Dickstein Shapiro's Securities-Litigation, Regulatory, & Compliance-Practice. Mr. Proujansky has extensive experience in complex litigation, including the representation of plaintiffs and defendants in fraud, conspiracy, and false claims actions. He has litigated a wide variety of civil cases in both federal and state courts, representing major brokerage firms, one of the world's largest systems integrators, an international hotel chain, one of the country's largest power generators, an international accounting firm, and a large law firm. Mr. Proujansky has successfully defended individuals in agency and grand jury investigations, criminal proceedings, and appeals. These cases involved allegations of defense procurement fraud, insider trading, antitrust violations, violations of immigration laws, insurance fraud, foreign corrupt practices, mail and wire fraud, false statements to government investigators, and public corruption.
