Sylia Gallegos practices in the area of mass tort litigation with an emphasis on products liability. She currently serves on the firm's multi-district and complex litigation trial dockets. She graduated cum laude from South Texas College of Law where she was recognized on the Dean's Honor List, designated an Academic Merit Scholar, and inducted into the Phi Delta Phi international legal honor fraternity. During law school, she participated and was a finalist in mock trial tournaments and moot court competitions. Sylia gained invaluable experience while she served as a law clerk to Justice Kem Frost on the Fourteenth Court of Appeals in Houston, Texas.
Sylia earned a B.S. in Management Science and Operations Research from Southern Methodist University. She also studied at University College, Oxford, in England. She is a Texas Certified Mediator and admitted to practice law in the State of Texas. Sylia is an active member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association, a member of Casa de Esperanza's Young Professional Board, and a member of The Health Museum.
