Practice and Experience

Mr. Davis focuses his practice on employment matters, personal injury, insurance coverage disputes, and securities litigation. Mr. Davis also has experience representing client interests in a variety of commercial and business disputes involving antitrust, real estate, and contract law. Mr. Davis provides litigation counsel for clients at trial, arbitration, and on appeal, as well as advocacy in a variety of contexts such as severance negotiations, administrative hearings, and at mediation.

Professional Qualifications

Mr. Davis is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Washington State Association for Justice, and the Washington Employment Lawyers Association. Mr. Davis is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Tulalip Tribal Court. Mr. Davis received his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington, and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses (inactive).
