Bryan is on the editorial board of the American Bar Association's Public Company Acquisitions Task Force, which is drafting a model merger agreement with related commentary. Bryan also serves on the Georgia Corporate Code Revision Committee. In the community, he is a member of the board of directors of Special Olympics of Georgia and is a former director of the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
