Amanda Gabai's practice concentrates primarily on federal tax law, including general corporate, partnership, bankruptcy, and international tax, and taxation of complex financial instruments.
She has provided advice regarding tax-efficient structures for corporate transactions, including bankruptcy reorganizations and other distressed transactions, and has experience drafting tax disclosures for tender offers, debt exchange offers, and issuances of stock, debt, and other financial instruments for both underwriters and issuers.
Amanda is a member of the Firm's nonprofit organizations project pro bono team and of the New York State Bar Association.
