Linda Powell is a member of the firm's Insurance Recovery Group. Her practice focuses on representing policyholders in insurance coverage disputes pursuing recoveries for various losses, including product related liabilities and directors & officers liabilities.

In 2003, Ms. Powell was a member of the Howrey trial team that obtained a $383 million unanimous jury verdict on behalf of International Paper Company in a products related insurance recovery trial in San Francisco Superior Court.

Prior to joining Howrey, Ms. Powell served as an Assistant State Attorney for both the Third Judicial Circuit of Florida and for Carroll County, Maryland.
