Ms. Davenport represents public and private entities in environmental, energy, and administrative law matters. Her practice involves representing public and private entities in all areas of environmental law, specializing in water quality, permitting, and defense of enforcement actions. Ms. Davenport’s clients include municipalities, sewer districts, and private corporations, including a Fortune Global 100 company.
Ms. Davenport has also represented public utilities before the Missouri Public Service Commission in rate, tariff and complaint cases.
Ms. Davenport's prior experience includes serving as deputy general counsel to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, representing the Department in water pollution, public drinking water, and soil and water conservation matters. While at the Department, Ms. Davenport acquired a comprehensive understanding of waste water, storm water, water quality, dredge and fill, and public drinking water aspects of the clean water and safe drinking water laws. Prior to her time with the Department, Ms. Davenport served as an attorney for the Missouri Public Service Commission where she advised the chief law judge and commissioners in tariff and rate cases.
