Ashley J. Fuhrmeister is a member at BrownWinick. Ashley assists clients in the areas of securities law and corporate and business transactions. She represents business clients in various aspects of their business operations, including business organization and planning, securities offerings and securities compliance, equity and debt financing and mergers and acquisitions.

Ashley graduated, with distinction, from Iowa State University in 2003, receiving a B.S. in Business Management. In 2006, Ashley received her J.D., with highest honors, from Drake University. Ashley served as Associate Editor of The Drake Law Review. Ashley is a member of the Iowa State and American Bar Associations and the Order of the Coif and was admitted to the Iowa bar in 2006.
