Brian Daley, a Stamford native, has maintained an active practice in complex commercial, real estate and personal injury litigation, in both state and federal courts as well as through arbitration.  Brian has assisted clients with issues and disputes concerning contracts, real property, unfair or deceptive trade practices, property tax appeals, negligence, products liability and insurance coverage.  Additionally, Brian has served as local counsel for out-of-state attorneys, representing the interests of mutual clients in Connecticut courts. 

Brian holds a B.A. degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC and a J.D. degree from Duke University School of Law in Durham, NC.  Brian is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut, the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the District of Connecticut and Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second Circuit.  Brian has been listed in New England SuperLawyers and Connecticut SuperLawyers magazines as a “Rising Star” and has been named a member of the National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40.
