Craig Friedman represents employers in a wide variety of labor and employment matters and defends employers in single and multiplaintiff actions. He has represented employers in a broad range of actions, including suits brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Craig also has defended employers in actions brought under the laws of the states of New York and New Jersey and the city of New York. His cases have included claims of discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, breach of contract, and failure to accommodate.
Craig also represents employers in traditional labor matters, such as labor arbitrations, and counsels employers on a range of labor and employment compliance issues.
Craig is a member of the Young Lawyers Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the Labor and Employment Section of the American Bar Association.
