Joshua E. Pollak is a member of the Education and Employment practice groups. He concentrates his practice in the areas of education law, employment law, real estate law and public finance. Prior to his association with the Firm, Mr. Pollak served as of counsel to a general practice law firm located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania where he focused primarily on employment litigation. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Pollak served as Executive Director of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce's Small Business Alliance and the Delaware Public Policy Institute where he lobbied on behalf of over 2,400 businesses.
