Freedman, Richard L.

Kristen Pollak has experience in a variety of litigation matters, including federal securities and ERISA class actions, toxic torts, and complex, commercial disputes. Kristen is also committed to pro bono service. She has represented people seeking political asylum status in Immigration Court and in proceedings before the New York Asylum Office.

Kristen is an adjunct professor of trial advocacy at Fordham School of Law. Previously, she coached the mock trial competition team at Fordham College at Lincoln Center.
