Ms. Frantz is a partner in the Business Department and a member of the firm's Real Estate and Institutional Finance Group. On a regional and national basis, she represents institutional investors as well as entrepreneurs in complex commercial real estate and structured finance transactions.
Ms. Frantz concentrates her practice on financings, ranging from origination of whole loans to investments in B-Notes and mezzanine loans, including co-lending, participation and intercreditor arrangements for single assets as well as asset pools. She also handles matters involving acquisitions, dispositions and leases, involving properties such as urban office towers, suburban office parks, retail centers, industrial facilities, and health care facilities (ranging from assisted living facilities to urban hospital complexes).
Ms. Frantz was the recipient of the 2000 National Network of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Networking Award for her involvement in converting a former Gimbels facility in Philadelphia to a telecommunications "hotel". She has lectured on real estate due diligence and leasing arrangements in "smart" buildings.
Ms. Frantz received her B.S., with distinction, in 1985 from Pennsylvania State University, where she was a University Scholar. She received her J.D. in 1989 from Villanova University School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review.
