Vicki Franks is an associate in the New York office of Frommer Lawrence and Haug LLP. Her current practice involves patent and pharmaceutical litigation.
Ms. Franks joined Frommer Lawrence and Haug LLP after receiving her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC. While there, Ms. Franks participated in an exchange program with the University of McGill Law School in Montreal, Canada. Prior to law school, Ms. Franks graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park where she received a B.A. in English Language and Literature and a B.S. in Microbiology. Ms. Franks also successfully completed the University of Maryland's Honors Program. While an undergraduate, she assisted in research at the University of Maryland's Center for Agricultural Biotechnology.
Ms. Franks is a member of both the New York Intellectual Property Law Association, Inc. and the Screen Actors Guild.
