Leo Cullen earned his Bachelor of Science degree at UBC and followed that with a law degree. Called to the bar in 1983, Leo worked for a large personal injury law firm for 8 years where he was a senior lawyer handling the larger, more complicated files.
In 1995, with fellow senior lawyer, Noreen Collins, he formed Collins & Cullen. Leo has appeared in BC Supreme Court and BC Court of Appeals and has extensive experience in mediating cases.
For over 20 years, Mr. Cullen has successfully represented victims of motor vehicle accidents. He is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia and also the American Trial Lawyers Association.
