Practice
Mr. Foxworth focuses his practice on issues of e-discovery. Specifically, he works with other attorneys, litigation technology project managers, and paralegals on teams that manage electronic and other documents in large cases and investigations. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Foxworth was a contract attorney working with various legal staffing agencies in the Washington, DC area. Previously, he was a research assistant for the National Center for State Courts, where he drafted responses to Supreme Court decision Republican Party v. White, concerning First Amendment limitations on a state's right to impartial judiciaries; researched innovative court programs; and wrote The Public Trust newsletter, focused on restoring public trust in the judiciary.
Before attending law school, Mr. Foxworth served as a litigation support specialist with Abacus Technology Corporation in Washington, DC, and also as a litigation paralegal with Rust Consulting in Arlington, Virginia.
