Examples of Peter's experience includes representation of: Visa in class action proceedings challenging Visa's policies and procedures related to multicurrency conversion processing of payments on international transactions, Ford Motor Credit Company in actions to enforce rights under motor vehicle fleet leasing arrangements and car dealer floor financing agreements, MCI as a creditor in actions involving enforcement of executory contract rights, and a major California bank in defense of a highly complex multimillion dollar unclaimed property and fraud action filed by the California Attorney General stemming from the bank's role as account trustee of multistate municipal bonds.
