Serving as an Attorney at Law since 1970, David Crockett has been providing personalized and effective legal advice and aggressive representation for over thirty years. David holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). His wide-ranging background has given David the specialized experience required to understand, interpret, negotiate and create virtually every type of legal document, financial statement or tax return. This expertise no doubt gives his clients the edge when dealing trusts and estates, asset protection, and transactions, contracts, and disputes pertaining to commercial and residential real estate. David has counseled his clients in the selecting the most pertinent types of trusts and agreements in order to best serve their needs and obtain at their ultimate objective.

Complementing more than three decades of experience in managing his clients’ affairs, David has gained firsthand knowledge in overseeing his personal real estate ventures, including the ownership of apartments and hotels. In 2011 David became a licensed real estate broker in the state of California, and continues to invest and cultivate his real estate investment portfolio. As a result, David understands the practical realities of operating a business, borrowing large sums of money and working diligently to avoid legal and financial challenges all the while yielding a profit.

Born in Burbank, California, Mr. Crockett attended the UCLA School of Law, graduating in June 1966. In his senior year he was maintained a position in the top 10% of his graduating class. He is a member of the California Bar and the U.S. Tax Court, and is admitted to practice law in the U.S. Supreme Court and all federal courts in the state of California.

Mr. Crockett’s entire family is graduates of UCLA, and all remain actively involved with the university and various programs. He and his wife serve on the UCLA Alumni Freshman Scholarship Committee, where they interview underprivileged incoming freshman seeking scholarships to attend the university. He is a life-long skier, avid mountain biker, and world traveler.
