Patrick V. Foltz graduated from the College of William And Mary, with high honors, in 2003 and from the George Mason University School of Law in 2008. During law school Mr. Foltz managed the Law School Moot Court program, competed as a member of its National Team, taught first-year writing as a writing fellow, and wrote for the Federal Circuit Bar Journal. After law school Mr. Foltz clerked for Judge Craig D. Johnston of the Prince Wiliam County Circuit Court. After his clerkship Mr. Foltz joined the law firm of Zelnick & Erickson, P.C. where he handled criminal defense, litigation, and landlord/tenant matters. He is admitted before the Virginia Bar and before the United States District Court - Eastern District of Virginia.
Mr. Foltz is the chair of the Membership Committee of the Prince William County Bar Association and volunteers as a speaker for the Association's "So You're 18" program. He also serves as a member of the Prince William County Bar Foundation Fundraising Committee and mentors high school students through that programs "Beat the Odds!" program, a scholarship program helping one-time juvenile offenders to attend college. Mr. Foltz also serves as the 31st Circuit representative to the Virginia State Bar Young Lawyers' Conference.
