Brian D. Arrighi joined Yesner & Boss, P.L. in 2010 to develop the family law division. As a divorce attorney, Brian works very closely with his clients to develop a strategy that is geared towards his client's requested resolution. Brian stated, "I always want the best for my clients and I will aggressively seek that result. However, the best result is one in which my client helps create. If you have an opposing party or spouse that is unreasonable and not willing to work towards a just, equitable, and amicable result, then trial is necessary. Prior to reaching that point, you want to be able to say that you have done all that you can to avoid having a Judge, who knows absolutely nothing about you or your children, make such critical decisions for you." Thus, prior to any litigation, Brian makes sure all avenues of settlement have been pursued and exhausted.

Prior to practicing law, Brian negotiated media buying deals for clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Hershey's, and other major corporations. The experience in advertising enabled Brian to develop strong negotiating skills which he now uses in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution arenas.

Brian Arrighi represents clients in all types of family law cases, including divorce, custody, paternity, child support, alimony, and division of assets and liabilities. Brian also litigates in areas of bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, and debt settlement. Brian has a law office in Tampa, New Tampa, and St. Petersburg. He is licensed to practice in Florida and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida.
