Brian O. Phillips brings a spirited energy and conviction for the legal system.  His experience and interests has lead him to practice in the areas of civil litigation, criminal defense, personal injury, contract disputes, and criminal/civil appeals.
 
Brian believes in doing his part for the community.  Through the Bucks County Bar Association, he provides pro bono representation of women and men who either seek protection from domestic abuse, or require a defense against such an action. He also volunteers for the Wills for Heroes program, drafting essential legal documents free of charge for Pennsylvania’s first responders.

Before starting law school, Brian was a clerk for the District Court in Montgomery Township, where he found his passion for the legal system.  He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University School of Law. He is currently admitted to the Bar of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Brian earned his undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication from Michigan State University in 1992. For ten years, he lived and worked in Washington, D.C., where he was an award winning producer and director of documentary and public relations films/videos.

Brian is the past President of the Widener Law Brehon Society (Irish Law Society), a member of the Philadelphia Brehon Society and the Bucks County Bar Association, and serves on the leadership council of Trinity Church in Ambler. Brian is also an Adjunct Professor at Delaware Valley College where he teaches Business Law.
