Charles W. Flynn, III, is a member of the firm and was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on November 30, 1949. He was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1975. He attended University of Notre Dame and graduated in 1971 with a Bachelor’s degree in History. He received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 1975.
Mr. Flynn is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, and Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. Mr. Flynn was also admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (inactive status at this time).
Mr. Flynn specializes in personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability and general civil trial law. Mr. Flynn has tried well over 300 cases in Dade County, Broward County, Palm Beach County, Hillsborough County and St. Lucie County, Florida. He received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
