Mr. Petrusak is an associate in the firm’s creditors’ rights and litigation practice groups. He concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial and civil litigation. Mr. Petrusak graduated magna cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 2011. While in law school, Mr. Petrusak was Managing Editor of the Michigan State Law Review, placed 3rd in the 2009 All-School Appellate Brief Writing Competition, and was the recipient of several Jurisprudence Awards, including: Advanced Legal Writing, Land Use Planning, and Chapter 11 Reorganization. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in 2005 from the University of Detroit Mercy where he also graduated magna cum laude. Mr. Petrusak was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2011 and is licensed to practice before all Michigan State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
