Michael Fluhr's practice focuses on complex civil litigation. He has briefed motions and appeals in state and federal courts on a wide variety of subject matters, such as trade secret law, securities law, products liability, civil rights, and personal jurisdiction.

Michael maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes briefing and arguing criminal appeals on behalf of the Kings County District Attorney. He also serves as the Seventh Circuit notes editor for the ABA Appellate Practice Journal.
