Wendell V. Courtney is a magna cum laude graduate of Dickinson College and received his law degree from The Dickinson School of Law. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1980 and is a member of the Centre County and American Bar Associations. Mr. Courtney has served as primary counsel to The Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Courtney's primary area of focus in labor and employment law is human resources counseling, with an emphasis on prevention and resolution of employment related problems, and collective bargaining negotiations. Mr. Courtney negotiated the merger of The Dickinson School of Law with The Pennsylvania State University in 1997, and he has lectured extensively for The Pennsylvania State University and The Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.
