Member of all State Courts, Federal District Court, First Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Supreme Court; United States District Attorney for the District of New Hampshire 1961-1963; member of New Hampshire Legislature 1955, 1957, 1961, 1965, 1970, Minority Leader twice; elected as a delegate to the Democratic National Convention 1964, 1968, 1972, Democratic State Chairman 1967, 1968, 1969; served on several bank Boards for a period of 30 years; on the Manchester, NH Planning Board for 38 years; served on Catholic Medical Center Board for 20 years; currently a member for a Board of Commissioners for the Manchester Parks and Recreation Department; Member of American Trial Lawyers Association for 35 years.
