He draws on more than 30 yearsâ experience in a broad range of domestic and international aircraft activities, including the purchase and sale of new and used aircraft; the sale of aircraft parts and charter businesses; aircraft operating, finance and leveraged leases; conventional and "reverse" like-kind exchanges of aircraft; analysis of fractional interest programs and negotiations with fractional operators; negotiating of charter agreements; U.S. registration of foreign-owned aircraft; aircraft construction, maintenance and management contracts; FAA compliance and lease restructuring.
