Cecilia A. Perkins graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  Ms. Perkins received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1986.

Ms. Perkins was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1987.  Currently, Ms. Perkins focuses her practice in the area of complex business litigation, both in state and federal courts, with emphasis in real estate and employment matters.  Ms. Perkins also handles breach of contract and intellectual property matters.
