Fisher, Edward T.

Lee Perla concentrates his practice on litigation and government regulations counseling. Lee has represented government contractors, corporations, and individuals in state and federal trial and appellate court litigation, government investigations, and administrative proceedings. Lee also regularly counsels leading U.S. and foreign entities in complying with state and federal procurement rules, national security regulations, and U.S. export control laws.

Lee has represented pro bono clients referred by the Montgomery County Public Defender and the U.S. District Courts in both criminal and civil matters. Additionally, Lee has handled or facilitated dozens of administrative appeals and affirmative litigation matters on behalf of veterans.

Before law school, Lee served as the information warfare officer onboard an Arleigh Burke class AEGIS guided missile destroyer, qualifying as a surface warfare officer and standing watch as an underway officer-of-the-deck. Before that, Lee worked as a mathematician and software engineer.
