Fineman, Samuel B.

Richard A. Finke is a tax attorney with more than 30 years of experience. He has his masters in tax law from Boston University, his law degree from Albany Law School and his undergraduate degree from Union College in Schenectady New York.  He spent more than four years in the Air Force as a captain with the Judge Advocate General program.

Richard Finke received an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell.  He has been recognized in 5280 magazine for the years 2010 and 2011 as an outstanding attorney in the area of financial planning. 

He has been a member of the Denver Tax Association.  He is a member of Denver Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and American Bar Association. His practice is devoted to estate, probate and business planning.  He has lectured to various groups regarding how to minimize estate taxes while still carrying out the desires of the individual putting together an estate plan.

-          Preparing exit strategy documents such as stock redemption agreements and cross purchase agreements in companies and operating agreements in limited liability companies and partnership agreements

He receives a number of clients as a result of referrals from existing clients and referrals from financial advisors, other attorneys and certified public accountants.
