Marie S. Palmquist, Esquire began in the practice of law after having been in the Health Care field for many years. Palmquist has successfully defended alimony claims which can be costly to her clients if not properly defended. Having obtained a Master’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Nursing and working as an administrator, educator, and staff nurse in health care, Ms. Palmquist has a reputation of being able to favorably resolve licensure issues with the State Board of Nursing. Her health care background has also served her well in evaluating and preparing for trial cases involving domestic violence, assaults, and alcohol related driving offenses.
Marie S. Palmquist, Esquire opened her own law firm in 1995 and also worked with several other firms in an Of-Counsel relationship developing expertise co-chairing trials and actively participating in alternative dispute resolution.
Ms. Palmquist has completed training specific to Alternative Dispute Resolution and actively mediates child custody and visitation; marital property; and, civil cases.
