A native of Lubbock, Texas, Nick received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University. Mr. Pena then returned to his hometown to obtain his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and New Mexico.
