Daniel C. Conway is an insurance defense litigator and practice leader in the firm’s insurance defense litigation practice. He practices primarily insurance defense and coverage litigation in Wisconsin State and Federal Courts at both trial and appellate level. He supervises and mentors junior attorneys to develop a strong and capable legal team. His litigation practice includes Commercial General Liability, Personal Lines, Products Liability, Construction, Bad Faith, and Professional Errors and Omissions matters. He has additional experience handling contract disputes, real estate matters and advising companies on issues relating to their insurance programs and issues regarding coverage. He led the process of incorporating automation into firm’s practice and is responsible for keeping the firm abreast of changes in technology.
Mr. Conway served as an Insurance and Risk Management Consultant for large national corporations. He is a licensed insurance intermediary. His work includes reviewing insurance programs, assessment of insurance needs, and review of contracts for compliance with client’s insurance coverage requirement. Mr. Conway developed a continuing education seminar on Insurance Agents’ Errors & Omissions, a certified course for licensed insurance agents.
