An associate at Levine and Wiss, PLLC, Anthony focuses on significant personal injury matters involving elevator malfunctions, automobile and premises accidents, dog attacks, and all types of municipal claims arising through the negligence of the City of New York, the New York City Transit Authority and other municipal entities. Anthony is an accomplished litigator who has represented hundreds of plaintiffs obtaining a large number of successful verdicts and settlements.
His expertise extends into commercial and real estate litigation and transactions. Anthony successfully represents both purchasers and sellers in condo, co-op, residential and commercial real estate transactions and is a closing agent for Wells Fargo Home Loans.
Anthony is admitted to practice law in New York State and is awaiting admission into the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York. He is an active member of both the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association.
Anthony earned his law degree from St. John's University School of Law in 2006, where he graduated with Dean's List Honors. While at St. John's, Anthony was a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and received the CALI Excellence for the Future award in Legal Writing. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University, Rose Hill in 2001.
