Ferran, Matthew R.

Born in Queens, New York and raised in Miami, Florida, Mr. Ferran is a graduate of Miami-Dade County's highly acclaimed School for Advanced Studies. A graduate of the University of Florida's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Mr. Ferran obtained his undergraduate degree, majoring in political science, completing the four year academic program in a mere three years. Mr. Ferran received his law degree from the St. Thomas University School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Pro Bono Service Award, issued to him for completing over 600 hours of pro bono service while obtaining the degree. While at the St. Thomas University School of Law, Mr. Ferran was a member of the distinguished Intercultural Human Rights Law Review.

Mr. Ferran is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before all courts in and for the State of Florida, and is also currently a member of the American Bar Association and the Dade County Bar Association.
