Regan Fay focuses on intellectual property litigation, especially patent and trademark law litigation. He has tried cases in federal courts and before the International Trade Commission. He also has practiced extensively before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and foreign patent and trademark offices. His experience includes all phases of intellectual property agreements, extensive trademark counseling, and computer software litigation and agreements.
Regan has considerable experience in matters involving the chemical arts. He is serving as the lead lawyer in defending a major chemical company in a multipatent infringement suit in which the plaintiff-patentee's motion for preliminary injunction has already been successfully defeated.
Regan is a member of the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association (secretary from 1990 to 1992 and president from 1996 through 1997). He lectured at Case Western Reserve University Law School on patent and trademark law from 1976 to 1986.
