Felcher, Howard B.

Mr. Partney has prior experience as a Law Clerk from the Tarrant County District Attorney’s office and U.S. Attorney’s office in Fort Worth, and got his start as a legal assistant with a small law office in Lubbock, Texas.

Mr. Partney completed his law degree at the Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, where he earned the honored distinction of being named to the Order of the Barristers.  He was admitted into the Texas Bar in 2008.
