Harold R. Collins, Jr. is a founding partner of Blecher Collins Pepperman & Joye, P.C and concentrates his practice on complex business litigation. He represents and advises clients on a wide variety of issues in the fields of antitrust, business torts, class actions, contracts and trade regulation. He has lectured on antitrust and trade regulation at programs sponsored by Federal and State Bar associations. Mr. Collins' trial and appellate practice has included clients in the following industries: aerospace; optical lenses; electronic; medical appliances; petroleum; telecommunications; and travel.
His areas of practice include antitrust, complex business, intellectual property, professional malpractice and class action litigation.
