Andrew Pal is chair of Wiggin and Dana's Real Estate, Environmental and Energy Department. He represents international and domestic clients in all aspects of real estate law, including real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings and commercial leasing. Among his clients, Andy advises foreign pension funds, prominent families and individual investors in connection with their ownership of all property types throughout the United States, including office buildings and shopping centers. He has extensive experience in advising owners, developers and investors with respect to cooperatives and condominiums in New York City. His practice includes representing property owners and outdoor advertising companies in matters relating to outdoor advertising.
Andy first practiced in the Real Estate and Banking Departments of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. He was a partner at Howe & Addington LLP prior to Howe & Addington's merger with Wiggin and Dana.
Andy graduated with a B.A., with distinction, from Stanford University and received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He also received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business, where his concentration was in finance.
