Bryan Cohen began his law career with Kamer Zucker Abbott in 1994 as a runner and later, as a paralegal. After enduring several years in the east to attend law school, he returned to the firm as an associate in 2002, firmly committed to putting his skills and experience to work representing employers. Bryan now represents employers in all facets of labor and employment law before the state and federal courts and administrative agencies. He has significant trial experience before the National Labor Relations Board, the Nevada Department of Administration, and the Nevada Labor Commissioner. Bryan has guided clients through difficult labor negotiations and organizing drives, and has been involved in cutting edge legal developments in the area of tip pooling. Having made Las Vegas his home for nearly thirty years, Bryan has literally grown up in the gaming industry. His keen understanding of the history and culture surrounding the casino environment, and knowledge of the inner workings of the casino, imparts a unique insight in providing guidance to our gaming clients.

While in law school, Bryan served as the Executive Editor of the Administrative Law Review, the official publication of the American Bar Association's Section on Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice. He also participated in the 25th Annual National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition at New York Law School. During part of his time in Washington, D.C., Bryan worked as a law clerk for the United States Attorney's Office, Fraud and Public Corruption Section. He is the author of Gambling with Uncle Sam: An Overview of Tax Policies Toward Gambling Income, 1 Gaming L. Rev. 487 (1997).

Bryan is a member of the American Bar Association's Sections on Labor and Employment and Litigation, the State Bar of Nevada, and the Clark County Bar Association. Bryan has been recognized in the 2010 edition of Best Lawyers® and as a Rising Star in the 2010 edition of the Mountain States Super Lawyer magazine. Additionally, in the 2010 edition of Chambers USA America's Leading Lawyers for Business, Bryan was recognized as the Nevada labor and employment "associate to watch," because he is "highly rated for his analytical approach to labor relations and employment matters."
