ERIKA M. EUBANKS graduated from Tennessee State University in 2003, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She received her Juris Doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, NH, in 2007. Attorney Eubanks received her Tennessee license to practice law in 2008 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Ms. Eubanks is currently a member of Workers Interfaith Network, an organization dedicated to ensuring that all workers have equal rights. She is the treasurer of the Board as well as one of the Board's consultants on legal matters that affect the workers WIN represents. Her practice is concentrated in the area of criminal justice, personal injury and labor and employment.
