Paul M. O’Connor, Jr., born in Auburn, NY, graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. and from Georgetown University Law Center with a J.D.
Mr. O’Connor joined Ivey, Barnum & O’Mara, LLC as counsel in 2001, after practicing law in New York City and in Greenwich with the law firm of Whitman, Ransom & Coulson, and in Greenwich with O’Connor, Morris & Jones and later as a sole practitioner. He practices in the areas of general and commercial civil litigation, general practice representation, construction and design professional law and litigation, land use and real estate transactions.
Mr. O’Connor is presently a member of the Greenwich, Connecticut and American Bar Associations. He has served as a Hearing Officer for the Connecticut Human Rights and Opportunities Commission, and is admitted to practice in Connecticut and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Courts for the District of Connecticut and for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
