Arthur H. Evans is a 1974 graduate of DePaul University School of Law. After graduating from law school, he practiced with two Chicago law firms and in 1978, he founded this present firm. Mr. Evans is also a certified public accountant, and has substantial experience in corporate, tax, real estate and estate planning matters. Mr. Evans serves as corporate counsel to a number of closely-held businesses, and also serves as a director of various corporations. In addition, Mr. Evans has served on the Tax Committee of the Chicago Bar Association.
