Attorney Brian K. Estep
has been practicing law since 1986. Attorney Estep is admitted to practice in Federal and State Courts in New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. Attorney Estep practiced for eight years for major insurance defense litigation firms in Rochester, New York, Albany, New York, and Reading, Pennsylvania. He was an Administrative Law Judge for the New York State Department of Labor from 1992-1993. Attorney Estep has represented both municipal and private clients in litigation before the Connecticut State Courts, the Federal Courts, the Connecticut Federal Bankruptcy Courts, as well as numerous administrative agencies. Attorney Estep handles all labor law related matters for the firm and is actively engaged in the firm's municipal law department. He represents the firm's municipal clients in negotiating collective bargaining agreements with unions, and regularly appears before the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, the Connecticut State Board of Labor Relations and the Connecticut State Board of Mediation and Arbitration on behalf of the firm's municipal and business clients.
