Before joining Pillsbury & Levinson LLP, he represented both corporate and individual policyholders and now brings with him the expertise to ensure that poliyholders are treated with the dignity and respect by their insurance companies that they deserve, and are compensated for any wrongfully withheld benefits. He has obtained numerous favorable judgments in state and federal courts, and has been involved in multi-million dollar settlements with insurance companies. Mr. Opgenorth was recently selected by his peers in the legal community as a Northern California “Rising Star.”
