Daniel S. Clark Jr.'s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation and transactions, and insurance bad faith litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Dan represented screenwriters, inventors, and businesses in intellectual property litigation and transactional matters including their copyright and trademark applications and registration issues. Dan has advised clients on all aspects of their contractual agreements including, drafting, negotiation, enforceability and protection of intellectual property rights. Dan also has represented a Fortune 100 company, insurance companies, developers, and contractors in construction defect and premises liability matters.
Dan is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts California, Washington, and the District of Columbia. Dan was admitted to the California Bar in 2002, the Washington Bar in 2009 and the District of Columbia bar in 2009.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Art History from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1995. He received his J.D. from the University of Miami in 2002. He earned his LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from the University of San Francisco in 2003.
