Attorney Nichole Emonds joined Denner Pellegrino, LLP, in 2011 as an attorney after serving as a Law Clerk for the firm for 18 months. She has provided research and writing support to eight litigators in the firms, negotiated settlements, drafted complaints, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses. Her work includes conducting complex legal research and preparation of legal briefs. Her interests are in personal injury, social security disability appeals, and public service. She is a passionate attorney who prides herself as a perpetual student of the law. A researcher by nature, Nichole also has a strong writing for the law background. Her experience as a Judicial Extern for the United States District Court, District of Connecticut allowed her the opportunity to analyze current cases and to conduct legal research as well as drafting judicial opinions on motions before the court.
