Starting in 1993, Mr. Olinde began putting his jury trial skills to work in civil court. Since that time, he has aggressively protected the rights of accidentally injured clients against big corporations and insurance companies. He has successfully resolved, by trial or settlement, more than 700 personal injury cases. Mr. Olinde has a winning record in the courtroom and has achieved numerous favorable settlements for clients, ranging from modest settlements and judgments for minor injuries up to Six Million Dollars ($6,000,000.00) for a client who sustained severe brain injuries in a motor vehicle collision.
Mr. Olinde's civil experience includes cases involving auto accident, defective products, wrongful death, premises liability, brain injury, herniated discs, lumbar and cervical injury, and business litigation. Mr. Olinde limits his practice to personal injury and business litigation.
When it comes to achieving a favorable result against large corporations and insurance companies, experience, loyalty and dedication are important. Mr. Olinde performs 99% of his work on behalf of the public as opposed to big corporations and insurance companies. He is a member of the American Association for Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association).
