Prior to 2002, Ed had worked as a Prosecutor for the State Attorney's Office in the First Circuit Court of Florida.  He then went into private practice handling criminal defense and personal injury cases. In 2002, Ed Ellis joined Tom C. Staples and put his trial skills to work in an array of criminal and civil matters.  Ed now puts his talents to use on behalf of catastrophic injury or death cases, medical malpractice, auto and truck accident cases, and criminal matters.
