She has broad experience in a variety of commercial cases involving commercial contract disputes; business torts; mortgage lending, shareholder derivative, products liability, real estate, and trademark lawsuits. She has handled various phases of litigation including discovery, motion practice, and trial. Miriam also has experience representing financial institutions and mortgage brokers before state financial institution regulators concerning pending or existing regulatory enforcement actions.
